Using PlayHub
These terms apply to use of https://playhub.bond/ and the games and features it makes available. Read them before using the service. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Any rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived remain in effect.
Eligibility and responsible play
Use the website only where lawful and appropriate for your age. Younger users should have parent or guardian guidance. Take breaks and stop playing if a game causes discomfort. Individual game content and difficulty may not suit every visitor.
Permission to play
You may use publicly available games for personal entertainment through the website’s normal interface. This does not transfer ownership of software, artwork, sound, branding, or game content. Rights in third-party components are governed by their licenses.
Accounts and Google sign-in
Where accounts are available, use an account you are authorized to access. Keep your Google account secure and report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s session. Account features may change, and a successful sign-in does not guarantee that every score or preference is saved across devices.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, overload services, harvest personal data, or interfere with other visitors. Do not manipulate public scores or account features through unauthorized automation. Security research must avoid disruption and disclosure of other people’s information.
Availability and game changes
Games and features are offered as available. We may correct errors, change controls, update the collection, or discontinue a feature. Maintenance, service failures, browser updates, and device limitations can cause interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of progress.
Feedback and submissions
Submit only material you have permission to share. We may use feedback to evaluate and improve the website, without an obligation to implement it or pay for it. Sending a game or artwork does not automatically transfer your ownership or grant permission for public distribution; a separate agreement may be needed.

A displayed advertisement does not mean PlayHub endorses it. Do not click advertisements solely to support the website or encourage artificial ad activity.
No real-money entitlement
Ordinary game points and scores represent gameplay only. They do not entitle you to money, prizes, or cash withdrawal. Do not assume that a score, coin icon, or simulated game currency has financial value.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without promises of uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services or your failure to safeguard an account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
